The Jutland Kronborg Fish Gutting Machine is specifically designed for gutting various fish species such as cod, saithe, haddock, whiting, hake, and even river fish like carp. It can be used both on trawlers and in land-based factories.<\/p>\n
The fish is continuously fed into the machine’s feeding chamber, where a conveyor belt equipped with catches transports the fish through a system of guiding plates to the gutting chamber. A rotating knife cuts the fish as required. After the cutting process, the fish passes through a rotating nylon brush and water sprays, effectively removing any remaining entrails. The gutted fish is then directed towards the outlet end for further transportation.<\/p>\n
Due to its small size and weight, Kronborg mark 3 is suitable for use on coastal fleet vessels as well as in shore plants.<\/p>\n
